We provide a complete website design, development, hosting, maintenance, security, and monthly updates—all bundled into a single monthly fee.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No setup fees. The $950/month covers everything from day one.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, our service is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

Do I own the website if I cancel my plan?

No, the website remains the property of Epsilon as long as you’re on our subscription plan. Since our service includes ongoing design, development, hosting, and support. If you decide to cancel, access to the website will be discontinued.

Can I request changes or updates to my site?

Absolutely. Your monthly plan includes regular updates and content changes—just send us your request.

What if I need a custom feature?

We handle custom requests on a case-by-case basis. Most are included in your plan, but we’ll let you know if something falls outside scope.
